Description:
This barbell/dumbbell set allows you to train comfortably at home. The set weighs a total of 30.5 kg and includes 12 weight plates of 1.25 kg, 2.5 kg, and 5 kg. It features sturdy, chrome-plated bars, spring collars (barbell bar), non-slip grips, and knurled star collars (dumbbell bars) for securely attaching the weight plates. The total weight is approximately 30 kg. The plates are made of cement with a plastic coating and are easily attached to the bars using the included star collars. The weight is clearly embossed on each weight plate for quick and easy identification.
