This wall bracket is the ideal complement to the swivel arms of wire rope hoists. This high-quality steel boom bracket can support loads of up to 1000 kg. The wall bracket provides the necessary clearance between the swivel arm and the wall. This means that the swivel range of almost 180° is maintained without the winch hitting the wall. Thanks to the pre-drilled holes, the wall bracket can be easily attached directly to the wall. Mounting screws are included. It must be secured to the wall with eight M12×120 mm expansion anchors. Ensure that the wall has a solid load-bearing structure. Solid walls should provide strength and stability. The wall should be made of solid brick, stone, concrete, or reinforced concrete. Reinforced concrete and aerated concrete must be layered. The load-bearing wall must have a strong structure without gaps. Its thickness should be at least twice that of the expansion anchors, must be over 22 cm (220 mm), and should be able to support more than 1.5 tons. The product MUST NOT be mounted on steel sheets or frames, or on walls made of hollow or perforated bricks, scaffolding, or other non-load-bearing structures. Before use, please check and confirm that all connecting screws are properly tightened. The mounting parts and the bracket must not have any cracks. DO NOT ABOVE LOAD.
