How to Cook Naan or Chapatis (1 Chapati in Under a Minute):

1. Preheat the Oven: Power on the tandoor and allow it to warm up.

2. Prepare and Place: Roll out a chapati and place it on the hot plate.

3. Cook on the Plate: Wait until you see bubbles forming on the chapati.

4. Move Inside the Oven: Using tongs or heat-resistant gloves, transfer the chapati into the oven and close the door.

5. Monitor and Remove: Watch through the safety glass until the chapati is golden and puffed. Then, remove it carefully.

6. Continuous Cooking: With practice, you can cook two chapatis at once—one on the hot plate and one inside—while rolling the next one.

Important Note:

When using the Oven for the first time, you may notice a slight burning smell. This is normal and will fade after a couple of uses. Ensure that the power cable does not touch the hot surfaces, especially the top or rear of the tandoor.
