1. Slow charging
The size of the wireless charging current allowed by the mobile phone itself or external receiving coil is different, or the application program consumes a lot of power when charging the mobile phone, so it is recommended to reduce or close the program.
It is recommended to use a thickness of phone case below 2mm. This machine can cool the surface of the mobile phone. If the thickness of phone case is too thick, the cooling effect will be affected.
2. Mobile phone charging intermittent
The charging current is not enough, please use charging plug (adapter) with sufficient power of 9V/2A or QC3.0 or above.
3. Charging and heating
Make sure whether the fan is running or whether the refrigerator is working properly.
