How to make a kit with caviar
1- Slide the flexible tube over the connector on the caviar machine.
2- Add the required caviar mixture to the caviar maker tray. There must be at least 75 ml in the storage tank to avoid breaking the vacuum during vacuuming.
3- Place the upper part of the caviar manufacturer on the tray containing the caviar mixture. Now dip the tips of 96 wells into the caviar mixture.
4 Withdraw the plunger from the 5cc syringe. Leave room at the end of the dispensing cycle to provide additional thrust.
5- Connect the tube to the syringe.
With a slow and steady movement, aspirate the 20 ml mark on the syringe barrel at a rate of 6 ml.
7- Gently lift the caviar maker from the tray and place it on the calcium bath about 3 inches. Slowly press the plunger of the 20ml to 0ml syringe.
8-One minute later, remove the caviar balls from the calcium bath, rinse in a clean water bath and consume immediately.
