Terms of Sale

If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
